The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the interview schedule for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Assistant Commandants (AC) Examination 2024. The Personality Test (Interview) is scheduled to commence on May 5, 2025, and will continue until May 23, 2025. This examination is conducted annually to recruit officers for various paramilitary forces, including the BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB.

Selection Process:
The selection process comprises three stages:
Paper I: General Ability & Intelligence (Objective Type) – 250 marks
Paper II: General Studies, Essay & Comprehension (Descriptive Type) – 200 marks
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Standards Test
Interview/Personality Test: 150 marks
The final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate's performance in all three stages.
Age Limit: 20 to 25 years as of August 1, 2025
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Preference: Candidates with NCC 'B' or 'C' certificates will be given preference during the interview/personality test
Application Fee:
General/OBC Candidates: ₹200
Female/SC/ST Candidates: Exempted from fee payment
