Merit list consists of the names of the aspirants who are eligible for very sought after services like Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and other central services. Selection is taken according to total marks of Prelims Exam, mains Exam and Personality Test.

Result on the official UPSC website will be declared and there the candidates who have cleared all stages that is Preliminary, Mains and Interview (name-roll numbers will be there) Out of all the candidates 2845 contenders have crossed the Mains test stage in the large number.
